THE FILM
Moondance Goodbye is a short animated rock opera and sci-fi love story written, illustrated, and directed by M. Strickland, with music and lyrics by Justin Wiles of Minus World, featuring Bethany Fulde, and presented by Varnson Inc. With support from the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council, production of the film's first phase of animation at Copernicus Studios Inc is complete.

THE STORY
In a world where gods live like rich humans, God himself is expecting a child. This is the story of that child's soul, which if lost, will be lost forever, a soul Lucifer covets, and one which Gabriél the archangel is sworn to protect. Waiting for the birth, the enemy angels prepare to duel, yet fall in love, and everything changes. With crumbling ash falling from stunning skies the child is born, and their short love affair over. This is the story of Gabriél's death.
